At Trinity we believe strongly that our ministers are all the members of the congregation, men and women, young and old. We are passionate about equipping and releasing the next generation of Christian leaders, pastors, worship leaders, church planters, and missionaries.
Pastor Scott has been in pastoral ministry since 1987 and began serving at Trinity in 1995. He has served as a youth pastor, a children's pastor, and became the Lead Pastor in 2019. Pastor Scott received his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees from Pacific Christian College in Fullerton, California.
Scott grew up going to church, but at sixteen he noticed a group of his peers were totally sold out for Jesus. God convicted him that there was more to life than trying to be good and going to church, so he completely surrendered his life to Jesus, was baptized in the Holy Spirit, and has been serving Jesus ever since. Scott married his wife, Andrea, in 1992 and is blessed with three children, Noah, Eden, and Samuel. He loves sports, hiking, reading, going to movies, playing games like Scrabble and Backgammon, and exploring new fine dining restaurants. He is also an avid Suns, Cardinals and Diamondbacks fan.
Howard Kyambadde was saved by the LORD in 1998. At which time, his heart for God and his gifting for music led him into the music ministry. Howard has been a Worship Leader in various capacities since 2002. In 2008, He migrated to America from Uganda. In 2013, Howard graduated from Arizona Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music with a minor in Biblical Studies. Shortly thereafter, he met the love of his life, Jasmine. They’ve been married over 5 years and have been blessed with 2 beautiful children.
Howard’s heart for God, love of people, and love of music often result in his favorite pastime: song writing and music production; resulting in two albums, available on all major platforms. Howard enjoys quality time singing, playing, and watching movies with his family.
